Day 2: Intensive Sales and Leadership Workshop
On October 24th, ABC concluded its workshops with an intensive full-day interactive training session for early and growth-stage startups, supported by TeK-Knowledge, IHS Towers, and Krispy Kreme.
Key areas of focus included:
- Sales Team Recruitment and Onboarding: Best practices for recruiting top sales talent and effective onboarding processes.
- Sales Strategies and Techniques: Adapting sales strategies to the Nigerian market while aligning with global standards.
- Sales Leadership and Management: Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Leadership Dynamics in a Growth-Stage Startup: Exploring effective leadership styles and approaches.
- Building a Sustainable and Adaptive Company Culture: Strategies for fostering a positive and flexible work environment.
